DEFINITION
- [We] refers to OmniNet platform and services, and any single or collective name of its affiliate that has been established or to be established in the future.
- [SNS] refers to the SNS account (such as "Facebook account") that you bind and authorize to manage through OmniNet in order to enjoy the advertising services.
- [Personal Information] refers to various information recorded electronically or in other ways that can identify a specific natural person alone or in combination with other information or reflect the activities of a specific natural person.
- [Personal Sensitive Information] refers to Personal Information including ID number, mobile phone number, personal biometric information, bank account number, property information, whereabouts, transaction information, and children under the age of 14 (including) etc.
- [Laws] refers to the general term of the relevant laws and regulations of the People's Republic of China; if you are a member of the European Union and a citizen of the United Kingdom, it will also include the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR); if you are a California State Citizens, will also include the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA).
- [Minors] refers to individuals under the age of 18.
- Unless otherwise agreed, the definitions used in this statement have the same meaning as those in the "Terms of Use".
1. Collection of Information
The Personal Information that we may collect about you broadly falls into the following categories:
Information you provide to us:
- a. You will be asked to provide certain contact information that is necessary for the registering for OmniNet account, including name, address, phone number, email address, job title and department.
- b. You will be asked to provide certain identity information, tax registration and/or related information about your business, such as your company name, business type and industry, corporate registration details and information about your business license.
- c. We will process any information provided to us in connection with goods and/or services management via OmniNet.
- d. Some information you submit to the OmniNet for publication may be made publicly available and therefore accessible by any internet user. You should exercise caution when deciding what information you submit to us for publication.
- e. In order to facilitate your use of the services available on the OmniNet (including on websites and/or mobile applications), we may request for access to, and you may provide us with, contents stored in your devices including but not limited to contacts in address book, photos, videos and/or other files.
Information that we collect automatically:
- a. If you contact us (via such as chat service through our customer services department, telephone or email), we may record a copy of your correspondence and may ask for additional information to verify your identity.
- b. We will collect contact details and other information of users from publicly available sources for the purposes of verifying the users and performing due diligence on the users.
- c. We will collect details of user activities, transactions and interactions on OmniNet including information relating to the types and specifications of the products and services purchased, pricing and delivery information, dispute and complaint records, communications between users and any information disclosed in any discussion forum.
- d. If you visit OmniNet, we will automatically collect certain information from your device. In some countries, including countries in the European Economic Area, this information may be considered as Personal Information under applicable Law. Specifically this information may include IP addresses, device type, unique device identification numbers, browser type, geographic location, browsing patterns and details of how you have interacted with our platform and the goods and services available on it. In addition, we gather statistical information about the platform and visitors to the platform including, browser software, operating system, software and hardware attributes, pages viewed, number of sessions and unique visitors. Collecting this information enables us to better understand the visitors who come to our platform, where they come from, and what content is of interest to them. We use this information for our internal analytics purposes and to improve the quality and relevance of our platform. Some of this information may be collected using cookies and similar tracking technology, as explained further under the next section "COOKIES" below.

With the help of cookies, websites can store the preferences of your target customers and recommend related products to you.

- Communicate with you. We use your Personal Information to communicate with you in relation to OmniNet Services via different channels (e.g., by phone, email, chat).

4. Disclosure or Sharing of Personal Information
Disclosure
We will only publicly disclose your Personal Information under the following circumstances:
- a. With your explicit consent or based on your active choice, we may publicly disclose your Personal Information;
- b. If we determine that you have violated Laws and regulations or seriously violated the rules of relevant OmniNet agreements, or in order to protect the personal and property safety of our users and affiliated companies or the public from infringement, we may disclose your Personal Information, including related violations and actions taken against you. For example, if you sell fake goods and seriously violate the OmniNet rules, we may publicly disclose your Personal Information and the punishment.
Sharing
We will not share your Personal Information with companies, organizations and individuals other than OmniNet service providers, except in the following cases:
- a. Sharing with explicit consent. After obtaining your explicit consent, we will share your Personal Information with other parties. For example, if we entrust a third party to provide products or services to you, we will share the above information with the third party after obtaining your consent. If you refuse to provide such information, we will not be able to complete the relevant delivery services.
- b. Sharing under statutory circumstances. We may share your Personal Information externally in accordance with Laws, under the need for litigation dispute resolution, or to meet the requirements of administrative or judicial authorities in accordance with the law.
- c. Sharing with affiliated companies. In order to facilitate us to provide you with services based on your OmniNet account, to recommend information that may be of interest to you, or to protect the personal and property safety of OmniNet affiliates or other users or the public from infringement, with your consent, your Personal Information may be shared with our affiliated companies. We will only share necessary Personal Information and are bound by the purpose stated in this privacy policy. If we share your Personal Sensitive Information or the affiliate company changes the purpose of using and processing Personal Information, we will again ask for your authorization and consent.
- d. Sharing with authorized partners. We will entrust authorized partners to provide you with certain services or perform functions on our behalf. Before entrusting, we will seek your consent. We will only do so out of lawfulness, justification, and necessity. Share your information for a specific and clear purpose, authorized partners can only have access to the information necessary for them to perform their duties, and cannot use this information for any other purpose.
Exception with prior authorization when Disclosure or Sharing of Personal Information
In the following circumstances, the disclosure or sharing of your Personal Information does not require your prior authorization and consent:
- a. Provided in accordance with Laws or the requirements of competent authorities such as administrative, judicial and state departments;
- b. To protect your or other individuals’ life, property, and other major legal rights when it is difficult to obtain your consent;
- c. Personal Information disclosed by yourself to the public;
- d. Collect Personal Information from legally publicly disclosed information, such as legitimate news reports, government information disclosure, etc.
According to Laws and regulations, sharing and transferring Personal Information that has been de-identified from which the data recipient cannot restore and re-identify the subject of Personal Information does not fall within the regime of external sharing, transfer, and public disclosure of Personal Information. Storage and processing of the same is not subject to a separate notification to you and obtaining your consent.
5. Retention Information
We retain your Personal Information as long as we have an ongoing legitimate business need to do so for example to provide services or products to you, or as required or permitted by applicable Laws, such as tax and accounting Laws. When we have no ongoing legitimate business need to process your Personal Information, we will either delete or anonymize it.
6. Cross-border Transfers of Personal Information
In connection with our provision of OmniNet services, we may transfer your Personal Information to countries outside of your country, including to countries that may not provide the same level of data protection as your home country such as the United States and China. We take appropriate steps to ensure that recipients of your Personal Information are bound to duties of confidentiality and we implement appropriate measures to ensure your Personal Information will remain protected in accordance with this Privacy Policy.
7. MINORS
The Sites and their contents are not targeted to minors and we do not intend to sell any of our products or services to minors. If a minor has provided us with Personal Information without parental or guardian consent, the parent or guardian should contact usto remove the information.
8. Changes to This Privacy Policy
Our privacy policy may change. Without your explicit consent, we will not restrict your rights in accordance with this privacy policy. We will post any changes to the privacy policy on the dedicated page and even provide you with pop-up prompts.
